Heathkit Scope Model 10W18S with no fuse

    Need help.
I have a Heathkit Scope Model 10W18S but I don't have the external Fuse and the plug for the fuse holder.
If someone knows witch kind of fuse it takes, please reply.

    Thank you in advance.

Use the input current to figure out what amperage fuse to use it's usually on a label somewhere along with the input voltage. Being these used to be kits it may or may not have a label with this info on it like off the shelf electronic have.

If the info isn't there. You'll need to find the schematic or assembly manual online. If you can't find a PDF somewhere I believe Heath still offers schematics and assembly manuals for sale.

Replacement fuse holders are readily available at electronics stores and online.

I find it quite odd that someone would remove the fuse my feeling is a component shorted and blew it.

Elements of the past and the future combining to make something not quite as good as either.

I cannot find the diagram for your scope, but if you have other Heathkit that you are working on, this is a great site for free diagram for Heathkit.
