cheap programmer for sio ITE 8585 and others

Hello.
I want to have opinion to program sio chips but programmers is so expencive so u cannot deside what programer to buy. i need to program mostly newer sio

what is your experience of which programmer have best price/performance ratio?

SVOD3 and Vertyanov are the main programmers which supports most SIO. SVOD3 also support SPI and other ROM files too and hence the most expensive IO programmer. If you already own a SPI programmer, i would suggest Vertyanov.
