    Re: LC60LE830E Error Lamp,No control

    Hello

With the 60le635 keypad, the power supply is woken up with 1 single press on power or the V + key and connecting the power supply.
V- and (Imput) and power connection gives nothing.
Probably a problem of interpretation of key sequence, it is not the right keyboard, it could explain.
you can not really know what the motherboard comprises.
But it wakes up the cards for a cycle of about 35 seconds.
I tried to disconnect the lcd tablecloths on the TCon board.
I tried without the white power connector on the TCon board.
I also tried without the backlight connector.
A strange thing and the way flashes lechevron during the PS-on sending phase on the motherboard.
    Should it be fixed bed?
I controlled the voltages PD connectors

    1.2 Pn12 V = 11.8 volts
    3.4 GND
    5.6 s13 volts = 13.1 volts
    7.8 ur13volt = 13.2volt
    13 ac-det = 3.3 volts
    14 Ps-on = 2.8 volts
    15 BU5V = 5volt
Here is the video I posted on youtube.

Can we at least see the pictures of the whole back side of the TV showing how all the boards are connected together?
Also good clear straight shots of the whole power supply.

        Re: LC60LE830E Error Lamp,No control

        Hello again
        For Budm
I will give pictures of the different cards.
But you already sent me the diagram of the electrical power supply which is a DPS-183BP-3a.
        https://www.badcaps.net/forum/attach...8&d=1529177005
The schema is from the site.
I put pictures of the electronic cards on my second messages page 1 of the site.
        https://www.badcaps.net/forum/attach...9&d=1529079873
        https://www.badcaps.net/forum/attach...0&d=1529079873

        https://www.badcaps.net/forum/attach...8&d=1529208047

It was concluded a defective motherboard, but with the new motherboard, after 5 ignitions, the card is blocked in protection Lamp Error mode.
No reset handling woke up the card before the 5 th attempt as after.
I concluded that the touch keyboard was out of order.
I connected the one of a different tv but so the 15-pin connector and the like.
And I arrive woke the original card and to buy card.
This is the video I posted.
Otherwise, I made measurements on the L1 connector of the power supply and I have a problem.
the supply of led strips appears before the disappearance of ps-on about 1.5 sec
I measure 2 times each section to be of course.
My mutimeter has a Vmax button
        Pin 1 LED1 +
        Pin 2 LED1- 103 volt

        Pin 3 LED2 +
        Pin 4 LED2-176 volt 2nd control 168 volt

        Pin 5 LED3 +
        Pin 6 LED3- 103 volt

        Pin 7 LED4 +
        Pin 8 LED4- 103 volt

So I have a problem with the LED strip 2

For me, the 2 meusres random high of 167 volts and 176 volts volts will indicate an open circuit!

        cordially
        Thierry

          Re: LC60LE830E Error Lamp,No control

          Hello ,
          More news ..
Thanks to my tests on the L1 connector of the power supply DPS-183BP-3A and the anomaly found on the LED2 strip, I decided to connect the socket of the L1 connector of the 60 LE830 to the backlight wires of the 60LE635 I know good and similar.
By this test, I wanted to make sure that the repair of my backlight was one of the solutions to get to repair my Sharp TV.

At the start of the tv by the Power button plus the connection of the power cable, Jai at the beginning the same symptome as the video, it flashes quickly for 35 seconds then the light turns on but does not get off.
The backlight of the 60LE635 will illuminate.
We can then see by approaching a lamp of the panel of the 60LE830 in the center of the screen and in a frame a message
          "Emission Reception Failure (E202)
This message is in the center of the panel, so I can say that the panel is working properly left and right and the Tcon card too.

So there is as I thought for a moment, a failure on the original touch keyboard and a failure on at least one led strip.
Because of damn HS keyboard, I buy a motherboard because it was impossible to wake up by manipulations' error lamp and other ...

Here are pictures to better understand what I did.

            Re: LC60LE830E Error Lamp,No control

            Hello
            Again, new.
I replaced the 4 ramps backlight.
the LED bars are fixed 2 by 2 to an aluminum bar.
There is only one broken down but it was easier.
It was late and I wanted to do it quickly.
I put the one of 60le635.
I will repair them later when I take care of the 60le635.
For the dismantling of the slab, I did an experiment.
For fear of breaking the lcd slab, I laid the slab flat on a rigid board
and I dismantled all the screws fixing the back panel of the tv to the front part which maintains the screen and the diffuser of light.
So I removed the set backlight and back panel together.
The slab did not move, no manipulation on the fragile connectors.
I just disconnected the Tcon cables.
The light diffusers remained flat and we were not moved.
Otherwise, it was difficult to reassemble all properly.
After replacing the LED light bars, I did the operation in the opposite direction.
Result, I finally have a visible image.
            Both motherboards work.
But impossible because of my keyboard of defective origin of return to service mode.
For Budm, If you read me.
In the current state of things, it is impossible for me to know if the fluctuation of image is normal or because of a feeding problem.
Especially since it fluctuates during an extremely precise delay and identical to each start of repetition.
The tv only starts with a keyboard that does not have his.
I do not know if my start corresponds to (V- IMput) or something else.
maybe this change of light for 30 seconds and normal.
Qund I repaired or replaced the keyboard, I would tell you if there is a problem with the power supply.
The boot protocol is then reliable.
Here is a video of the disassembly in accelerate and photos

              Re: LC60LE830E Error Lamp,No control

              Hello.
I will tell you that the TV has been working well for about 9 days.
Usually, I give a true follow-up of the fault solved, but this case is so weird and out of the ordinary that it should not interest anyone.
I cleaned the pins of the connector going to the infrared detector of the remote control on the circuit board of the tactile keyboard, the TV then restarted by simply reconnecting the tactile keyboard on this one.
the keyboard works perfectly but I have never managed to enter service mode.
I have read and watched a lot of videos tutorial.
But it works without hard reset in a normal way by the power button of the tv or the remote control. we can unplugged and reconnected the TV, it still works well.
              I searched without understanding.
The purchased card starts only with the 60lE635's touchscreen after about 30 seconds.
But like for the origin mainboard , it's impossible to enter service mode with the original keyboard of the tv that now works
It will remain a great mystery.
Thanks to all the people who helped me and brought information
