MSI A75MA-G55 (MS-7696) wont boot

hi, i have this MB that only spin fan. i try change PSU, RAM. I think this is some kind of IC fail? do you have any think i shoid check?

try re-flashing the bios.

i cannot extract the dump file from .exe from MSI website

Try second download (v.1.6) from here http://www.msi.com/product/mb/A75MAG55.html#/?div=BIOS

Seems to have a 4MB bios image (E7696AMS.160) in its file 7696v16.zip

i did the re-flashing bios but still the same

identify & check the outputs on all the voltage regulators next.
