Bad results :S

1- 3.3v and 5.0v from PSU found to be shorted to GND internally.
2-all Northbridge found to be shorted to GND. (Faulty NB).
3- VCORE for CPU found to be shorted to GND when CPU is mounted.

Conclusion:
VCC3 short in PSU damaged NB and CPU.

I wished I can repair my board
