Dell Inspiron 1440 5V not present

Hi everyone here,

I hope somebody can give some advise for me.

Dell Inspiron 1440
Board ALBA UMA 6L MB 08265-1

Original the chip TI51125 burnt and shorted.
Had it replace with a new chip.
Now I have 3.3V at PTC3301 capacitor, but PTC3302 only register 1.168V instead of 5V.

Does anyone knows where should I look into ?

replace the mosfet of 5v.

first check any short on 5V coil.

that is problem mean you have some pins is not connected correctly .
you need to use flux and solder all pins ... i hope it will work
