Let's get to the point, what is the power supply or the TV not doing?
Are you getting any dc Voltage at the cold side connectors?
BTW, in beeping mode when it beeps it is telling you you have continuity between point A and point B, it does not mean what you are testing is bad or shorted out.
Use Ohm mode if you looking for shorts, but you need to know characteristic of components you are testing first.Last edited by budm; 05-05-2018, 02:53 PM.Never stop learning
