lenovo edge 14 auto start and no post

hello

i have this lap top lenovo thinkpad edge 14.i have allready disassmbled the mobo. the minuet i connect power the mobo is turninig on by it self for one second consuming about 0.5A and then turn off. but the power button led remain on. i have checked charging and the 5v \ 3.3v ic and it is looked ok

can any one help?

Firstly reprogram the BIOS

Measure the voltage :
1.5VSUS
+1.05V_VTT
+VCC_GFX_CORE
VCC_CORE

If you do not have time to measure the voltage, then measure the resistance

this maybe because of s3 state short
