Having Problem with Motherboard no power LA-6582P Rev 1.0
Thinking problem in Charging Circuit, Please Help.
Voltage show in picture are on motherboard without battery plugged

What is the voltage on PIN4 of PQ51/52?? Remove PR351 and see if you get 19V on atlest one side of PR351.
