HP pavilion G7 white screen

I have my laptop hp pavilion G7. It suddenly has white screen , back light is ok.
Mother board is DAOR53MB6E1. The motherboard has AMD llano APU.

Should I have to change the processor? My DDr3 is ok.

It doesn't sound like a memory issue, connect the laptop to an external screen to check if its a chip problem or screen/cable problem.

I connected the pc jack to external monitor . Still no picture to monitor.
First I doubt the cable, because it has broken at the leftside hinge where the screen cable to main board.But it still has picture. Last night It go white screen.

Hi, have you checked the connection of the cable to the back of the screen ?

If the hinge is broken and the screen has lifted up a bit then its very possible the cable has become disconnected from the back of the screen.

I already push down the plug. it seat securely in socket .It may have broken small wire in the big cable.
But I can not make picture with external monitor. Tomorrow I will open the back of screen to check on the back connection.

Did you try pressing Alt + f4 when you tried the external monitor to switch the output ?

or disconnect the screen on the M/B then try external monitor
