    Westinghouse LCM-22w3

DA-19M009 power supply to an A220Z1-Z01-H-S6 video board. Dead before and after replacing power supply caps, no power light at all. Checked big cap and has 168v, pulled one leg of glass fuse to see if it would give me the power light operation it did not so put leg of fuse back. This info was gleaned from an old post here. Looking to see if I could use others information to repair my monitor. Another post asked for the resistance of F1 which was 0.3 ohms, U6 voltages on the three legs which read 0v, 1.7v, and 2.7v. Finally U7 voltages which read 0v, 1.4v, and 2.4v. Any suggestions on what to do to revive this would be appreciated.

What voltages do you have on:
    CE104 (should be +5v)
    CE101 (should be +19v)

I believe U6 is a the 3.3v regulator (Panel_vcc), the input comes from the +5 volts from the power supply

Didn't jump out on a Google search, can you tell me their location so I can test?

Check on the plug between the power supply and the logic board, the voltages are marked. you should have 13.8v and 5v
The capacitors, CE10x are marked on the power supply board
