Sharp lc-52sb55u powers on then off 3 secs later

Ok so I have this tv it does the green power blinks over and over but if I hold down the power button something clicks and the light turns red. Then I press again and tv powers on screen lights up as in shows the whole snowy screen and then back off real quick and flashes the green power led again. I looked but don't see any blown caps. What can I check

For us to help we will need good clear pictures of the whole backside of the TV showing all the boards, and the straight shot pictures of the whole top and bottom side of the power supply board so we can read the printed texts on the board.
It is hard to do long distant troubleshooting without seeing what we are dealing with.
What is the history of the TV? Any works were done to the TV before?
The more details we get the better chance of finding the cause of the problem.

Last one I had with a snowy screen turned out to be a faulty mainboard.

Ok I will get all the pictures needed and upload them. No other work was done to the tv that I'm aware of.
