dv7-4000 start up problem.

Hello friends,
I have a problem with HP dv7-4000. When I start up the MB, the cpu doesn't powered and shut down.
I have 3v+5v, Bios Ec ok.

MB - DA0LX6MB6H1 REV H.
I attached bios+ec and schematic.

Can anyone helps?

Does it have dedecated graphics like ati or nvidea?? If there then try a mild reflow of graphics chip. have seen a lot of them failing

I have changed the gpu, same issew. I measure all the coils, only CPU 0v and after 2 sec force shutdown.

It was the PU10 - VT358. I reflow it and works ...

Same problem -> Erratic power on: no power or shutdown in one second.
Same solution -> Reflow don't work. Reballing PU10 and and it works!.
