I extracted the rom from the update on lenovo site
and this is a working one for mine at least, now it detect the harddrives and boots up normally.

hello, i have a lenovo s145-15IIL model 81w8. The computer turns on and off constantly. the display blinks. I tried the bios left here but they don't do the same thing. I leave the original of the cleinte if you can help me. Thank you.Comment
