Need help identifying a component - Nintendo Switch

I'm working on a nintendo switch console, and I need help identifying what looks like a transistor.

    Sorry for that bad pics.

The marking from what I can see is:

    DEB
    .645

    Thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply, I'll see if I can find some online.

find a datasheet first and see if the pins match the board layout.

It may also be just for usb protection containing a few tvs diodes.

The console would charge with the cable connected one way, but when flipped the other way, it wouldn't charge.

That component seems to have something to do with CC1 and CC2, as CC2 was shorted to ground.

I traced it back to that component, which was shorted on one of the test points. I have already replaced it with one from another board just to verify if that was the issue, and the problem is resolved.

Now I need to find a replacement. The pin out seems like a dual transistor, but I I'm not sure.

Is there anything I can do, or measure in order to help identify this chip?

something like a UC2605 or LSP3360/LSP3361? but pin out looks different

Yes, it looks something like that.

                IIRC, its pin:

                1 - GND
                2 - CC1
                3 - ?
                4 - GND
                5 - CC2
                6 - ?

I'm pretty sure pin 3 and 6 go to the CC1/CC2 points on the M92T36 IC.

Think I was tired last night when I sent that, here is a pic with the component removed.

Pin 2 and 5 go to the cc1/2 points on the M92T36. Can't find where pin 3 and 6 go.

Don't know if this is much of a necro, but that's a 6 pin ESD diode array.

There's also another one on the other side of the board about 10mm from the ground blade of the USB-C connector.

Thanks Vyressi, I noticed they have removed these from newer boards.
