    Replacements for Nichicon PR and PL in PSU

    Hello, I have read the recommendation to use PS and PM respectively, but they are hardly available from here at decent prices.

    I've recapped this PSU with the following capacitors and I'd like to know if it will be ok. The reason I ask after recapping is that I've just realised that Nichicon PS 1000uF 16V is available at farnell for ~0.8€, so if you recommend me to change some more capacitors I'll get them in my next order.

    I indicate PS and PM (instead of PR and PL since I can't find this data) rated ripple current in mArms and impedance at 20ÂșC in ohms in parenthesis:
    • Nichicon PR 10uF 25V (160, 1.5) -> Rubycon YXF 10uF 100V (140, 1.2)
    • Nichicon PR 220uF 6.3V (220, 0.5) -> Rubycon YXJ 220uF 6.3V (250, 0.4)
    • Nichicon PR 1000uF 16V (1000, 0.11) -> Rubycon YXJ 1000uF 16V (1210, 0.062)
    • Nichicon PL 2700uF 6.3V (1700, 0.038)-> Panasonic FC 2700uF 10V (1945, 0.03)

    The unit works apparently perfect, but I made the error to buy the 1000uF 16V YXJ instead of YXF, being the latter more similar, and I'm worried about the ESR difference in this capacitor, should I replace this one with a Nichicon PS 1000uF 16V, or it's fine as is?
