    Re: Toshiba L650 power problem

on Q6004 pin 3 i have 19V, pin 1 and 2 0. I think there is leakage on Q6002 between gate and drain or gate and source.

The state of the fault has changed now. If the Gate is 19v now, it means Gate to Source short or U6000 is not trying to turn on Q6002 and Q6005.

What are D, S and G voltages of Q6002 now?

i take Q6002 from board, and they are all shorted all 8 of pin

Its possible there is still another fault causing reduced drive voltage to Q6002. This will cause it to overheat and go short. After it is replaced, measure the G to S voltage for a long time to be certain it is stable.

you mean it could be the fault of U6000 max ic? How mutch long time? When i measure G to S, what volteges will i have?

The last time I measured, I think is was about 7v. The data sheet for U6000 might say.
I would not blame U6000 directly. I would check the boost voltage on pin 7 if the G to S voltage on Q6002 is too low or fluctuates.
Or there could be still be leakage in other components between G and S or G to ground.
I would test run it for a few hours today and tomorrow.
Its difficult to say when a dormant fault will return.

i plug in adapter and measured pads where Q6002 was. Between G and S voltages fluctuates between 18V - 21V

I cant make much sense of that. Does VBAT+ fluctuate?

                      yes from 5v to 8v

VBAT+ shouldnt be that low. VBAT+ is supplied by R6005 initially, before Q6002 ever turns on. If there is no leakage on the VBAT+ rail, it should come up close to 19v.
It seems there is leakage in multiple areas.
What type of solder flux have you been using?

                          I use amtech solder flux.

Is it TF4300? You will need to find what is holding +VBAT low.

                              no, it is nc-559-asm

i desolder Q6005 and when i test it with diode test, i have reading 0,00V from both sides. S to D and D to S

559 flux can cause leakage also if not cleaned.

I have one problem, I don't know from where I should ask. I need TTP-2410M Pro TSC drivers. If you can help me.
