update i change filter capactor PC58 and PC46 with tantalum caps 157uf 6.3v now netbook turn on and the display steady now for 3 hours i will test this for a couple hours and see what happens

update:tested for 4 hours and now issue still came back notebook turns on display comes then after a minute goes off again anyone please help

when you replaced the caps and got steady display for 3 hours, was the laptop using only the charger without the battery?

if you have got an oscilloscope, monitor the voltage on the replaced caps to discover fluctuation.

i dont have oscilloscope now i change again the two caps but this time 220uf 6.3v tantalum laptop starts display ok but this time 30mins only the display goes off and also i checked pc58 negative side of tantalum no voltage positive side have 3.3v and same on pc46 negative side 0v and positive side 5v. what could this be the problem?

try depleting static electricity from the board.
It may help.

using only the charger, after the screen turns off, go to connection CN17 and report voltage on pins 1 to 25.

thanks for the response caspian update i reflowed again the chipset and around pu3 area and pu7 area and put notebook cooler at the buttom now notebook boost fine so far its 5hours charger only plugged display not goes off ill keep testing a couple of hours more

ok caspian till nw still testing but seems fine for a almost 12 hours I also test battery only and battery and charger plugged in but it seems fine now i put notebook cooler at the buttom

since you reflowed the PCH, it is interesting to know how many months it will last.
