Hello, Samsung plasma ps51f4000ar restarting sometime, here are what i noticed, i unpluged the mainboard and pluged just the power alone, when i tested voltage on CN4007 stdby volt is 5.2v without the mainboard i get 4.1 on ps_on, so i dont know if is write? can anyone please help
