Help! HP Envy m6 (LA-9315P) shows amber (charging) led without battery plugged in

Hi, I have an HP Envy m6 (LA-9315P) that shows amber (charging) led without battery plugged in.

It wasn't powering up or showing any led before. But after changing the charging IC (BQ715), it started powering up but not charging. I've tried with another Charging IC and it's the same.

I've changed the MOSFET just before the battery connector, no changes.

I've attached a snapshot of the Charging IC page in the schematic. Thanks.

How are we going to help you without voltage readings on charging IC??

Thanks. Sorted out already. It turns out there is no problem with the Laptop. That particular model does like that. I confirmed it with other known working & same models. When I put a good battery in it, it worked/charged perfectly well.
