Remove the faulty sound card, install the onboard sound drivers. Or replace the sound card.

Hi, such issues can occur when the motherboard's network card has no MAC address defined in the BIOS. This can happen, if somebody updated the BIOS with a programmer with a raw image downloaded from the motherboard vendor site. During normal BIOS update the MAC address is copied from the old bios to the new image programmed into the bios SPI chip. Check whether you read a MAC address on you motherboard with some diagnostic program, eg HWInfo, which shows MAC address, if there is no valid MAC address you will have probably something like 88 88 88 88 87 88 or FF FF FF FF FF FF as MAC address.

The lack of MAC address somehow fools Windows, and it looses the streaming connection. If so you need to readout the BIOS image with a programmer, insert the MAC address (usually there is a sticker on the mobo), and reprogram the BIOS chip.
