HI friends..
I have 3 laptop batteries. they are not charging. i have opened 2 of them to tackle the problem.one is belonging to acer aspire e5-575G and the other is belonging to dell latitude E7480. I tried to access the built in circuit board. and found that the 4 battery cells in each of the laptop batteries can be charger directly using a power supply. both nodes (+ & - ) from the cells are providing the correct amount of voltage but the voltage is not coming out to the laptop motherboard. indicating s faulty circuit board.
I have no schematics or diagram to see where the voltage is stopping. or to understand what is happening..
the dell battery circuit board use BQ40 to monitor charging.
thanks
