Toshiba 50l1350U - No backlight

I have a Toshiba 50l1350U - Green light comes on, No backlights, but has image when doing flashlight test.

Power supply board voltages using chassis screw as ground.
(with all connectors connected)

Can you post pictures of your boards.
1,2,3,4 etc does not mean anything unless you place the legend alongside.
eg
Pin 1 ON/OFF........3.5V
Pin 2 Dim.............2.4V
Pin 3 12V..............11.8V
etc
