Working on a RCA 40LA45RQ lcd. After numerous times of powering on/off the tv will work as it should. But when it does not, the backlights wont come on and I lose the 3.3v at the backlight connector on the main. All voltages coming from power supply are good, 24v,5v,5vstb. 24v good at inverter. None of the psu caps are bulging, all check out with the esr meter. Ive tried heating/cooling all components,no luck. Would failing eprom cause this symptom?
