HP probook 450G5 recovery from power on password

Hi,

Could someone help me with the following issue:

laptop is locked stated because of power on password.
I have extracted the bios with a chip programmer.

I would be very nice if someone can remove the power on issue from my bios.

system details are in the jpg.

loaded bios file, no luck still locked.

some other idea's?
