"Toshiba A300" strange but not a Nec/ Tokin case

    Hi all,

I already mentioned it at popular A300 Nec/Tokin capacitor thread but sorry I had to open my own.
I have a Toshiba A300 came from a friend with no video problem. After disassemble I was preparing to replace Nec/Tokin thing but I noticed a burnt capacitor (I guess so) near to LVDS connector, you can see it picture below.I removed it and measured the pads, top is 19V and bottom is 3.3V.
Notebook is consuming only 0.35 amperes on power supply when turned on.
Vcore, 3.3V and other chipset voltages are present.
First of all I replaced Nec/Tokin to avoid every fault might happen in future but nothing changed.
I have schematic now but I don't know location code of burnt component so I can't clarify what it is, does anyone have this motherboard and tell me what it is please ?

You should use buzzer, (continuity) between 3.3v and other points in the mobo, then check with schematic.

you re right. weird but schematic I found doesn't match with my motherboard %100
For example, CN14 ( triggering pins, can be seen in picture above ) can't be found in schematic. CN6 is a LVDS port on my motherboard but according to schematic it is a svideo connector. CN10 is a WLAN card slot but according to schematic it is a HDD connector.
I will post a big picture of motherboard and motherboard code when I get to my office, maybe it helps you help me find right schematic.
