Hello,
My Samsung TV does not respond with remote control, can someone help me, where is the problem?
Batteries are new all contacts Clean, remote works
that's a hardware issue, I'm sure

I already have new firmware update, did not help me
from time to time remote control works, you can work with it but not always
the remote control is OK, the TV problem

The Remote Control could still be faulty. Open it up and look at the few soldered points. They could become loose and need reheat to secure their connections. Battery could have leaked and a little acid could have contaminated the circuit board.

OK. So you have two working remote controls that are working. Look now at the IR receiver board on the TV and see if there is any obstruction or loose soldering on the IR receiver and on the connector/wiring to the Main Bd. Inspect the connector on the Main Bd., too.
