Default Need help how to read SMD caps...

I'm very new to the electronics field. I'm attempting to repair an old monitor HP x2301 and I've already replaced the 2 Through Hole caps, and still no joy.

With that I'm moving on to trying to replace SMD Caps, but I can't seem to read it right as the SMD caps have so much variance in how they are labeled. Where the V and the uF aren't indicated. And the layout between SMD manufacturers doesnt seem to follow one specific standard.

Here are the SMD CAPS in question. I need Help Identifying/Reading the values so I can order the right replacements, haha.

The Through-hole caps are both new that I replaced. Monitor still symptomatic.
