Asus X509F - no power on

Hello, the laptop doesn't start, the 2N converter (RT8249CGQW) heats up, it still warms up after the replacement. After flooding, the laptop was cleaned in another service and worked well for six months.Current consumption: 0.170A before pressing the switch, after pressing it without changes. Pins resistance:
    1- 21 kohm
    2- 4,4 kohm
    3- 0,2 mohm - only here 0,8V appears
    4- 8,5kohm
    5- 29,6 kohm
    6- 100 kohm
    7- 66 kohm
    8- 12,7 kohm
    9- 8,8 mohm
    10- 24kohm
    11- 4,6 mohm
    12- 1,7 mohm
    13- 0,5 mohm
    14- 3,7 kohm
    15- 4,6 mohm
    16- 3,7 kohm
    17- 8,7 mohm
    18- 3,7 kohm
    19- out of range
    20- 91 kohm.

    Additionally I measured coils:

    1- 2,5 mohm 0.2V
    2- 0,22 kohm 0V
    3- 0,37kohm 0V
    4- 2,4ohm 0v
    5- 2,4ohm 0v
    6- 6ohm 0v
    7- 3,7ohm 0v
    8- 3,7ohm 0v
    9- 74ohm 0v
    10- 0,35kohm and grows up, 0V
11- 90ohm and it grows upwards, as 2N warms up the resistance drops to about 10ohm, 0V

Re: Asus X509F - no power on

    1) never measure resistance with power on.

    2) locate the input connector for the power adapter. Confirm the voltage at this point against the requirements.

    3) near the dcin adapter connector should be usual 2*input mosfets. What are their markings?

    4) then these mosfets will be linked to a battery charger IC. What are the charger IC markings?

From the data sheet of the charger IC, we can study the typical reference design to understand what Asus has likely done for this logic board.

Often the faults are linked to charger IC and the entry 2*mosfets.
