Use a hex editor and search for the word P83 in your backup ,you have the same BID as the bios at post #17 .Open the post #17 bios with MEAnalyzer,it will say "initialised" ,that means the bios has already benn booted on another machine.Clean the ME firmware using the win-raid guide linked here - https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=88533 .Once youve cleaned the firmware you can use that bios on any 650 G3 with a P83 bios ID (then you don`t have to ask for the same thing over and over again),you will need to enter DMI information using HP BCU/Wndmifit.
