SHARP LC70le600U 1 at plug in.

Ok, i bought what is supposed to be a new power board, because when I 1st got this tv, it had no power that i noticed, whatsoever. So, got the powerboard, and now I notice the little boomerang/chevron a the bottom of screen in bezel, lights up 1 blink as soon as I plug in a powersource. Still nothing else. I never noticed if it lit up previously but now does. Anyway, the screen or tv still doesnt work. Is the mainboard going to fix it? How can i force power on? Ive tried the channel up volume down power button simultaneously, at different times, different variants all to no avail. Ive read somebody refer to a jumper at the 5v to the PSON. I dont really know what that is, but BrainLikeSponge.

Need good clear straight on pictures of back of tv with cover off and each board.

Need voltages from connector that goes from power supply board to main board. Will need pin#- PIN DESCRIPTION -Pin voltage in standby-Pin voltage when pushing power button and picture of connector on power supply board.
    Format:
Pin# - Pin Description - Pin Voltage standby - Pin voltage power on
    1 - XXXXXXX - XXv - XXXv
    2 - XXXXXXX - XXXv - XXXv
    3 - XXXXXXX - XXXv - XXXv
    4 - etc.
I assume no responsibility for any stupid suggestions I might post.

Without voltages we can't do much.

Yellow board is powerboard, green board is main board. How do I go about testing?

Screen cracks can be hard to see

Yea, i was careful to look at it, but since this screen had a screen in front of lcd, i couldnt see until it actually turned on. Bummmdd
