    Liteon PS-6301-08A - Quick question

Hi, Hoping that you're all enjoying the orchestrated panic demic
Just got around to replacing some bad caps on this PSU, and noticed that one non-output electrolytic on the secondary side has the positive connected directly to ground.
    Is this normal?

It is for the -12 volts, should connect to pin 12 of the atx plug

        Yep,
Thanks for the confirmation - i'm guessing that that is because the -12v works of opposite side of the sine wave, and therefore ground is postive in comparison (or something like that)
Just recently discovered it by looking at some other liteon schematics
Finally got around to replacing the bad caps after several years
Managed to lift 2 solder pads in the process and scratched a trace (the floor isn't an ideal place to work) - fixed with superglue
Two of the bulged caps were so bad that they didn't even give a reading on the transistor tester - one of them was between the small transformer and the heat sink, and i've forgotten where the other one was.
Works well now, and very quiet fan.
