What is the P/N of your G board? G7N?
btw:
Since that reg 12V is the same reg 12V (see training manual) that feeds the T-CON, then I cannot see why you do not have reg 12v on CN6702.
Please read the training manual CTV59 page 19 I provide, it is important that you get the basic idea how the Voltages are routed through out the set.

But on that connector you suppose to have PFC Voltage around 390Vdc also for the inverter circuit.
BL-ON is from the main board, <1V = off, >2V = ON.

tv-on or off at BL-on pin no volt alraedy checked
if i jump pin 12v or stand by pin to BL-on I see back light is flash and bright on tv screen not event hafl second

Right now it is pretty good that OP was able to find shorted out zener in D1N inverter board without guiding even though the blink code error (14-blink) has nothing to do with inverter board, so I hope he does not give up yet.

All you have to do is to measure the Voltage between the two legs of that diode you put in, that Zener is for protection, the circuit will function without it, you do not need to have that zener in place to test the D1N to see if it will work or not.
The VCC feeding that IC is 12V, the zener is rated at 15V just in case the 12V lost its regulation so it will be clamped down to 15V.

Never jump the control pin directly to the Voltage source, especially with 12V, you can damage the receiving circuit, and if you accidentally jump to the wrong pin it will even worst which you can either damage the power supply or the circuit on the wrong pin you connected to. If you want to simulate the control signal, you MUST remove the cable or the wire to that control pin first, if you don't you will back feed the Voltage (especially when try using 12V as Voltage Source) back to the main board and damage the main board. You can use resistor (470 ~ 1K Ohm) between the control pin and the Standby power supply output pin.
For the backlights circuit to function, some inverter will need BL-ON and DIM control signal, it will depend on the design.
You can also solder two AA batteries in series and 100 Ohms resistor in series to provide 3V source to simulate control signal.

do you mean the D1N working without the zener diode althogh i replace one all ready shorted ?

I upload the t-con boad i suspect 2 resitor on the top and the bottom the same position from it
R16 and R315
tested with ohm metre 4k,40k,400k,40M,4000M and continuity but no sound no reading any number just OL
you think the resistor on t-con board shorted?

I think almost like you but one thing i am not sure that is if I disconnect T-con completely at least when I turn on the tv I have to see backlight light up but otherwise, I see a just black screen

See my post #53, you need to locate and test bunch of Voltage test points per some example that I can see from the pictures, there are many more on that T-CON board.

Today i do test two led of zener diode i make accident touch the other test lead to somewhere i don't it sparked then i check around the D1N is shorted oh my god finally i found out it shorted the diode D6612 I removed it out but the circuit still shorted then checked the IC6601 too many pins with continuity then removed out then everything no more shorted so i order on ebay and waiting ,, during this time to check t-con for experiment i will be back and report here soon Thank Budm

When you indicated the component is shorted, what is the RESISTANCE reading in both direction?
What was the resistance of the that shorted 15V Zener that you first found in the beginning.
