    Aquarium PCB - shorted FET?

    Hi there
I have an aquarium PCB for pump control that is shorted.

I found the short, seems to be one of the pump driver Fet

Can anyone help me identifying this IC?
googling the reference on it does not help apparently.
Any idea of a correct replacement for it?

    Some pics attached.
The reference on the IC is Si4020 NX7Y32

    Any help is appreciated!

I could not find datasheets for the oddball mosfets. Nanxin data:
          Si4020 N-ch 40V 20A 4.5V logic level drive, RDS-on 15-20mohm 10V drive, RDS-on 32-40mohm 4.5V drive
          Si4015 P-ch 40V 15A 4.5V logic level drive, RDS-on 34-42mohm 10V drive, RDS-on 57-70mohm 4.5V drive

I would look at Alpha&Omega parts, maybe AOD240. I'm not sure what parts are available in your country.

BTW, are they all shorted out? It looks like bridge drive setup so the driver IC outputs are driving all the MOSFET's on, you need to check otherwise you may blow up your new MOSFET's.
You should provide the pictures of the whole top and bottom side of the board and how all the boards and other parts are connected together.

              Hello!
No, only one of them is shorted , one of the Si4020.
Short went away after removing this one, which tested bad with multimeter.
All the others seem to be ok

So should be fine, Replacement FET ordered, will update when it arrives.
Thanks all for the precious inputs!

                Hi Redwire!
Thanks for these inputs, very helpful.

BTW, how did you find that Nanxin data?
Bit lost how to look for those for next time.
                Any explanation is much appreciated

                Cheers!

What make and model is the pump? For others who might have to repair one.

I would also check the electrolytic capacitors, they look kinda cheap and these pumps must be on all the time.

Sure, this is the reference the owner gave me:
