Your MiniPro software version is old. Why select OTP ?

It means One Time Programmable,you can only write to it once with an OTP chip. Select W25Q64FV @SOIC8 .The Ala_Borbe bios by marcin02152 at post #2 is good.
In your 1st post you said "Holds the same number" ,the MiniPro ASCII code window doesn`t display the full ASCII characters,the code looks different with a hex editor.

Now I understand what you mean. I have selected the SOIC8 chip and programmed it again but no data appears on the screen. I need a tried file for this model please.
