hp 250 g5 bios needed

I need working bios for this model hp 250 g5 bdl50 LA-D702P - REV1.0.I measured 19v is ok there is no 3.3v on power switch and also there is no 3.3v on pin no8 on bios chip.and i noticed also that theres is no 3.3v on SIO chip. anyone please help

Download it from here

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp85501-86000/sp85638.exe and just run the exe file and select "copy" option to get your desired bios.

If you can post your old bios, I can try to rebuild your bios from hp official update.
