Default Type of capacitors in Wifi router

Hello guys,

may I ask you for confirmation whether to use solely low ESR capacitors in a Wifi routers ?
I would like to replace these cap. because they are showing higher ESR.
I dont know the brand, neither the datasheet was found. However on the caps is written: PEACE, either CD11XH or CD263.
It is from zyxel router "vmg 1312".
Caps are warm but not hot. These are close to power cord.
