    beko wme7247 fault washing machine

this is one i have fixed a few times now broken motor wire then 2 door triacs blew changed door switch last time and its been fine till now .but this time it has me stumped .. water is filling as normal but its also pumping it straight back out . it gives e08 fault code .. not filling with water . but it obviously is or it would if pump wasn't running at same time ..
i will try and test the triacs properly tomorrow . i did test for shorts and none are shorted .
i tried disconnecting the pump for fun but the machine refused to start .

Testing TRIAC using meter may not show the problem 100% due to applied Voltage to TRIAC in live circuit is a lot more than your meter can put out.

its still continuously emptying even in test mode .. all water inlets tests check out fine apart from the pump running so it cannot do the last tests .
will do the tests again tomorrow before i tear it apart again .

pressure switch is connected to the drum body usually by a rubber hose,
i'v seen them clog with limescale.

to clarify, the pressure switch is used to determine when the drum has filled.
so when the pipe clogs, the controller cant "see" the water.

pressure sensor seems to be working . i took the pipe off and blew down it and the water stopped filling as it should but the damn drain pump keeps on running .
i i am wondering about the thermistor/ thermostat . i will test it with my meter .. am thinking if machine thinks water is too hot it might try cooling it down .. i did try a 90c wash and a cold wash with no joy .
if i could stop drain pump running it should run so far into a cycle .
suppose i could block the draining hose and see what happens . but control board likely senses it running and wont proceed .

                problem solved .
traced and changed drain pump triac .. its now washing normally .. hope it stays that way for a while . this thing seems to like eating triacs for some reason .

Dose this triac have a heat sink

if dose did you put thermo grease on it

if dose not have a heat sink on it

could one be put on it

does it have a snubber circuit to protect it from the inductive load??

no idea .. i did wonder if the pump motor might be on its way out ... or its all because it lives outdoors . i do keep it covered from the rain . i would however think damp shouldn't be a problem with something that involves lots of water .

remove the pump and see if the rotor spins freely.
