Hello all, I could really use some advice on finding suitable replacements for a couple FETs I'm trying to replace. Does anyone have any info on a compatible replacement for FET DFP50N06? I've been informed that IRF3205 is suitable, but when comparing the data sheet info, the numbers are way off. I also ran across a forum where somebody was going to try to substitute with FET IRFZ44N, but same situation when data sheets are compared. Furthermore, also looking for equivalent for rectifier FMU22U. I found these on ebay, but trying to avoid buying parts from ebay. Trying to stick to Digikey or Mouser. Any and all info & input will be greatly appreciated! THNX in advance!

You might be able to use this
You do need to look at both data sheet to be sure
https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail...SAAEgJjKvD_BwE
If I was looking for this
https://www.ebay.com/itm/16pcs-FQP50...sid=m570.l1313
I would recommend this this seller because of there rating
I have from time to time I have had to order electronic parts like this and so far so good
I always look at the feedback ( Neutral / Negative ) for pattern of problems with a particular seller this has worked for me
You can find this FMU22U here
https://www.littlediode.com/components/FMU22U.html
I have ordered parts for them before they do respond to your email
I have had no problems with them
