Q26 is SI4800BDY-T1-E3_SO8. It is cheap and can be found in any local Electronics IC store. If they do not have it, ask them for a compatible replacement that should be an N-channel Mosfet.

if the schematics belongs to the Q33 IC, it is the same as Q26 of your laptop.

4800B is the important bit on the chip, the rest will be date codes/manufacturing plant/package type etc. so are unlikely to match.
                It's the correct chip.

Mine is 4478 and this one is 4800B, but they are the same SI4800BDY model on the schematics, is that ok?

Mine is the 2x pics on the left and 2x on the right is the donor part

Re: Alienware M14x R2 with 7 beeps error

Great news and bad news, great news is the +5VS line is working, the speaker beeps are loud and clear high tones as it should be and the keyboard LEDs are working properly and the fan runs at a higher speed, bad news is I still have 7 beeps, sometimes 3 beeps then 7 beeps as I was getting before, so one problem is fixed, now have to find the other, I'll test Vcore again.

CPU Vcore looks good, PL504 has no voltage.

                          measure PL602 and PL604.

now move to PU601 and measure voltage on the following pins after turning on.
                              - pins 31 to 40
                              - pin 2
                              - pin 4
                              - pin 16
                              - pin 17
                              - pin 21

It was difficult to get contact as PU601 is next to the DC jack but I think I got it :-)

                                  pin 17 seems wrong.
please measure it again to confirm the 5.12v.

Now, make sure whether PR629, PC623, PR650, and PC641 exist on the mainboard.
Then, measure voltage on each side of them.

They are not marked on the board so I cannot locate them. Are there alternate points I can measure?

post a high-quality photo of PU601 and the surrounding components to help you find them.
or find the boardview of this laptop.
