Philips 55PUT4900 picture lines and blur
Hello, i got this TV that have a washed out picture with vertical lines. Can this be a T-com issue or the LCD panel is gone? Does any one of you guys have this kind of issue. This one i specific for me because it have blur image and vertical lines.

Now the screen dont have any sign of image, only backlight. TV respont to remote on/off. Voltages are ok (12V,3.3v). Is there any way to determine if the T-con board is bad?
