820-3023A 3 beeps at power up

I wanted an opinion on this motherboard that turns on, the screen stays black and makes 3 beeps, a classic ram sound,
opening it I found corrosion on connector J5100, R5128, R5127 dealing with SPI_ALT_MOSI signals
    SPI_ALT_MISO

    clean corrosion, correct resistance measurements,
    DDRREG L7330 1.5V
The situation remains unchanged, always 3 beeps at start with black screen,
Ram, pch, cpu have no corrosion underneath,

I was thinking of reflux pch, opinions?

    Thank you

Lost cause with 3023, probably CPU-related failure. Heating the board (like when trying to reflow RAM or whatever) can make the problem go away for a short time but it will come back.
RAM is connected to CPU not PCH.

ok, I do a reballing directly to the CPU, I'll let you know
