#430T822KU1W
#430T822KU1W-3A5B
#430T822KU1W-595B or other suffix (sometimes the HDD may preserve a previous old suffix if the HDD is password protected when updating BIOS which uses a new suffix)
@Parkerpr
Try typing the HDD master password followed by CTRL-ENTER *once*, read screen message and select appropriate option to Secure Erase the hard drive, if no option just press CTRL-ENTER a second time.
IMPORTANT: If you select to Secure Erase the hard drive all information will be lost without any possibility of recovery.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Type the 8-character master password, then hold down left CTRL key and press ENTER key *twice* (CTRL-ENTER-ENTER).
(Password is to be typed using a standard US QWERTY keyboard).
NOTE: Sometimes if using master password within Setup/BIOS, just pressing ENTER after typing password will work.
