To clear the TPM you need to enter the BIOS. The TPM only holds the bitlocker key.
You will lose access to the files though if they have been encrypted by bitlocker.

passwords are usually stored in the flash,

if you want to get rid of ithe tpm try shorting the crystal, some laptops wil run without it because they sell export models to some country's without the chip.

on your own attached schem are 2 pins on the chip that connect to the crystal (13 & 14) - link the pins together and the chip wont run.

              thanks STj
I understand now that TPM chip has nothing to do with locked bios I removed it totally like you said laptop worked but still asking for passwords
it's a BIOS chip matter I'll try to find the right clean software then reprogram it
I got this wrong I thought this chip stores password
thanks for your help your time

now i'm looking for clean bios for Elitebook 2540p
              it's mainboard is COMPAL KAT10 LA-5251p Rev 1.0

you are right i thought this chip stores all passwords not only the bitlocker key
                I understand now thanks

there is no file, the tpm is just a password encrypted eeprom that the bios stores keys inside.
