    Composite video to RF converter led protect help

    Hi guys i got this composite video to RF to send tv signal throughout the whole house with coaxial cable , but this RF converter has no led ,i'd like to add a led ,it has a 5vdc power supply input ,i have a few led in my scrap, can you guys help to add it to the circuit ,i send pics of the circuit,do i need to add a resistor to the led to make it work,thanks

    Just use 150 ~ 220 Ohms 1/4W in series with the LED and then connect it to the 5V supply line with proper polarity, that should be more than good enough.

          that's a bit bright IMO, i would use 330 to 470ohms.

            Thanks stj; not exactly what is in the scheme but i've used what was suggested by Budm, 220R and see work done in the pic.thanks guys.
