knee-jerk reaction: What is wrong with this 55EG9100 Curved OLED TV?

I don't have my hands on this TV yet, all I know it is LG 55EG9100 OLED and this is what it looks like when it is on.

T-Con, main, panel? Any guesses? I never worked with OLEDs.

That's an odd one. Going for tcon issue. I would say main board however the dark bottom 1/8 section on the bottom makes me think more or less T con is at fault. Hopefully it's not something going on with the panel itself but usually OLED has no picture if it's a panel fault or vertical lines are apparent.


On a side note, if you're going to repair this for resale or keep it for yourself because it is only 1080p
