Now when I buy this I will have to take out my laptop computer out of mothballs again to use this device for plotting battery capacity

The software has a nice and simple layout

I have installed but I do not have the device yet but will order this week

One very important note

In order to download this software you have to have a DropBox account ( REALLY)

I have noticed that a lot of software is doing this kind-a crap
( really )

I took out my laptop computer out hibernation for 2 or 3 years now still working but I now remember why I went to using a tablet so much easier

On the note does anyone know how to get windows XP updates I am not planning on using this on the internet but need the patches because the installation disk I have when it first came out

I have some old desktop computers that I want to make one real good out of
Recap the mother board and power supply

I have a Radio Shack meter that says Windows XP ( or higher yet will see if this is the case or not )

I did find a review of ZKEtech EBC-A10H and the bigger EBC-A20. run url through google translate.
He said: the binding posts are not so great, noisy fan, there is a ground loop when USB connected to a PC, and something about tripping a battery's protection circuit and then the output spiking to 24V which kills the protection board.
Old designs did not have an output relay, that was another danger.

I have Verizon.
BTW, Time-Warner, Verizon have FiOS.
I do not see why having FiOS will make any difference and causes 404 error.

yandex.com has a good translator.
(and a good map service, and good free email etc)

I was using the translator from google to able to read it through and that might have been the problem

The translator can have problems when there are links in them, clicking on the link will give an error, just go to the site without using the translator.

On another note: I did'nt want to hijack the other post " What TRULY Renders an Operating System Obsolete? ", but if you need a good stand alone boot cd or dvd, Hirens boot cd or dvd have stripped down standalone versions of windows XP and windows 7 which are usefull. I use it all the time.

I have the battery tester it came in the mail today

One note about this test the battery was not fully charged

The first picture was when I started the second picture was 1 hour and 20 minutes later

There is an eBay / Alibaba.com / AliExpress seller or one of them that sells Varta batteries that will only use this battery tester to warranty batteries and I can see why

I can not find the seller right now

I have a concern about this charger and that is you can only really charge or discharge one 18650 cell at a time this does not have a way to monitor more than one cell at a time

But what I wanted to do was to bench testing batteries and this will do that

One note

You can hook two charger units to this software and run them at the same time

When I have some more money I will buy a second one to run two at a time

Here is something I find interesting about when the battery is on charge

Is that the ramp up curve level out at 20 minuets into the charge cycle
