CPU Core voltage not generated fully

With reference to the MSI motherboard referenced in the thread, https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=90665,
I'm having issues with VCORE generation. I'm getting only partial voltage of .75 instead of 1.2 volts. I believe VRM_GD not generated because of this.

    Help me troubleshoot this problem.

    Thanks

    Known good compatible CPU?
    What about voltage the other power rails V_1P05_CORE, V_FSB_VTT, VCC_DDR, VTT_DDR, V_1P1_CORE, V_1P5_CORE?
    And voltages on VID_PG, VID0 to VID7?

All the voltages for the above mentioned pins are within range. Problem was fixed by cleaning the area around VRM controller (U3) by IPA .

      Thanks
