Default Dell N7110 GT525M to GT630M

Hello. I have a laptop Dell Inspiron N7110 with video GT525M 1GB.
Sone time ago I try to upgade it on component level.
At first I replaced video memory chips from K4W1G1646E-hc11 to H5TQ2G63BFR-11C. On scheme I found needed memory strap and replace it.
It's OK! Now I have 2GB video memory with clock 900MHz(early it was 1GB wish clock 800MHz).
After that I replaced video chip from N12P-GE-A1 to N13P-GL2-A1. On scheme I found needed device ID straps and replace it. Now I have "Standart VGA graphic adaptor" with exclamation point. It have ID: PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0DE9&SUBSYS_04C41028&REV_A1

1. I know, that I need to edit BIOS. Need to add VBIOS of it card.
I tried to do it some times. At first time I get VBIOS from "techpowerup" site. Device work, but driver not install. At second time I edit VBIOS GT525M from itself bios(I changed stirng DE10 F50D to DE10 E90D). Device work but driver not install. May be my attempt is wrong.

2. SUBSYS in GT525M and GT630M is match. May be need to change it with straps?

If anyone have nice ideas - I would be gratefull. If need screenshots/photos - I can to attach it.

the video driver is installed based on the gpu chip model determined by the deviceid. u dont edit the bios or vbios to get the driver to install. u just get the right driver meant for the gpu chip u are running! get the right driver supported for the n13p gt630m gpu u are running.

Do you mean, that it does not matter, what chip installed on plate - it will be work correct if I install correct straps? But there is no support other chips in BIOS. How it will be work?

In my Acer Aspire 5820TG new chip 216-0772003 not worked at all, before I edit vBIOS.

All OK! There is no driver for PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0DE9&SUBSYS_04C41028. At all.
I just edit inf driver, and change SUBSYS to my datas. After that driver installed correct.
All Work. Thanks for advice!
