M/B- DAOR62MB6E1 REV E
PROBLEM: Missing +VCC GFX Voltage on PL37 Coil.

What I have tried:

01 Flashed both the eeprom with dumps from this forum.
02 Replaced PU 13/15/16/17
03. Replaced processor+Ram

Still same, Laptop switches, fan spins as usual, all voltage rails are present except Vcc Gfx.

Need your assistance friends.

Does the laptop seem to boot? CPU_PLTRST#_R present?

Laptop doesnt boot. CPU_PLTRST#_R Present. Checked at R460/R461. Its 1.1v

I have 2 laptops of this particular model with exact same fault-missing vcc gfx voltage. 2nd one is Uma, so likely not a graphics issue with the first one as well.

Bit urgent help needed,if possible. I know we all are located across the globe with different time zone and all are busy but still request advice asap.

No idea, do you have a POST diagnostic card? Or if you have an oscilloscope, check for any activity on the BIOS ROM CS# pin. Also make sure that you have all the other CPU voltages (+1.05V_VTT, +1.8V, +1.5V_CPU, +VCCSA I think).

+1.05v VTT/1.8V/1.5V/VCCSA/0.60V/.075V/0.90V PRESENT. I dont have an oscilloscope to check.

Ok nice to see that you fixed it, I was on the wrong track… Still surprised that this resistor can die, thanks for the info.
